Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Linea's public website. It does not describe privacy practices for clinical care, treatment records, insurance, billing, or any separate patient portal, which may be governed by separate notices.

The main coming-soon page does not ask visitors to create an account, submit payment information, or provide dental treatment records. If you use a partner application form, email us, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to send.

Information we collect

Information you provide

This may include your name, practice name, role, email address, phone number, and other details you submit through a partner inquiry form or email.

Website usage information

We and our service providers may collect pages viewed, buttons clicked, referral URLs, approximate location, device and browser details, IP address, cookie identifiers, and similar technical information.

Interaction information

Microsoft Clarity may help us understand how visitors interact with pages through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. We use this to improve page usability and performance.

Analytics, tags, and advertising pixels

We use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies for site measurement, troubleshooting, advertising measurement, and retargeting. These tools may recognize your browser or device over time and across websites, depending on your settings and the provider's technology.

Google Tag Manager

GTM Policy

Helps us manage and deploy website tags, including analytics and advertising tags, without changing the site code for each tag.

Google Analytics

Analytics Policy

Helps us measure traffic, understand page performance, and see how visitors move through the site. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and data about your device, browser, and on-site activity.

Meta Pixel

Meta cookies

Also known as the Facebook retargeting pixel, this helps us measure ad performance and show more relevant ads on Meta products such as Facebook and Instagram.

Microsoft Clarity

Clarity disclosure

Helps us identify usability issues through aggregated behavior metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Clarity may use first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies.

We do not intentionally send dental treatment records, payment card details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information to these analytics and advertising tools.

How we use information

  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
  • Respond to partner inquiries and other messages.
  • Understand which pages and messages are useful to visitors.
  • Measure advertising performance and run retargeting campaigns.
  • Debug errors, prevent spam, and protect the site from abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

How we share information

We may share website information with vendors that help us host, secure, measure, analyze, advertise, and operate the site. This may include analytics providers, advertising platforms, form processing providers, and security services.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may treat the disclosure of cookie, pixel, or device data to advertising partners as a "sale," "sharing," or use for targeted advertising. You can use the controls below to limit this activity.

Your choices

Cookie and browser controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features and measurement tools may work differently when cookies are disabled.

Google controls

Meta controls

You can manage ad settings and off-Meta activity through Meta's privacy and advertising controls, including Ad Preferences.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to operate the site, respond to inquiries, analyze performance, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Third-party tools may retain data according to their own settings, contracts, and policies.
